Ingredients
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 2 cans white beans
- 5–6 cloves garlic
- 1 rounded tsp dijon mustard
- salt, pepper, cayenne
- 4 tbsp champagne vinegar
- 6 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Chop parsley
- Rinse and drain beans
- Press garlic
- Add ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix together
