Ingredients
- 1 medium or large delicata squash
- olive oil
- salt, pepper, cayenne
Method
- Slice off the ends
- Split in half lengthwise
- Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds
- Cut each side into ~3⁄8″ slices
- Transfer into a mixing bowl
- Season with olive oil and salt and cayenne
- Transfer onto a parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake at 450°F for 12–18 minutes, until nicely caramelized
