Raspberry Sauce
Raspberry Coulis if you're being fancy
Makes ~3 cups
Ingredients
4 half-pint baskets of fresh raspberries (1.5 pounds)

lemon fresh lemon juice

cup sugar
Method
Rinse and drain the berries
Add all the ingredients to a medium pot
Cook on medium heat, taking care to not boil or overcook
Raspberries should just break down (a few minutes)
Pass through a fine mesh strainer
