Raspberry Sauce

Raspberry Coulis if you're being fancy

Makes ~3 cups


  • 4 half-pint baskets of fresh raspberries (1.5 pounds)
  • ~12 lemon fresh lemon juice
  • ~14 cup sugar


  • Rinse and drain the berries
  • Add all the ingredients to a medium pot
  • Cook on medium heat, taking care to not boil or overcook
  • Raspberries should just break down (a few minutes)
  • Pass through a fine mesh strainer
