Ingredients
- 2 oz Rye (e.g. Bulleit)
- 1 oz St. Germain
- 2–5 dashes angostura bitters
Shaken Method
- Combine rye, St. Germain, bitters, and ice in a cocktail shaker
- Shake until the cocktail shaker is very cold to the touch
- Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass
Stirred Method
- Combine rye, St. Germain, bitters, in your serving glass
- Add an ice cube and dilute with water to taste
- Stir, taste, and adjust
