Ingredients

  • 2 oz Rye (e.g. Bulleit)
  • 1 oz St. Germain
  • 2–5 dashes angostura bitters

Shaken Method

  • Combine rye, St. Germain, bitters, and ice in a cocktail shaker
  • Shake until the cocktail shaker is very cold to the touch
  • Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass

Stirred Method

  • Combine rye, St. Germain, bitters, in your serving glass
  • Add an ice cube and dilute with water to taste
  • Stir, taste, and adjust
