Overnight Oats


  • 3 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2–3 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 13+ cup almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana, torn apart
  • sliced almonds


  • Add all ingredients to a mason jar
  • Cover and shake to combine and break up the banana more
  • Refrigerate overnight


Adding basically any berry or nut to this is good, as well as a teaspoon or two of peanut butter.
