Ingredients
- 3 tbsp rolled oats
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2–3 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1⁄3+ cup almond milk
- 1 ripe banana, torn apart
- sliced almonds
Method
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar
- Cover and shake to combine and break up the banana more
- Refrigerate overnight
Notes
Adding basically any berry or nut to this is good, as well as a teaspoon or two of peanut butter.
