• 1 avocado
  • juice of 12 a lime
  • salt, pepper, cayenne


  • Cut the avocado in half with a 6″ utility knife
  • Remove the pit using your knife
  • Dice the avocado up while in the skin without puncturing it
  • Spoon the avocado flesh into a bowl
  • Squeeze the juice of half a lime into the bowl
  • Add salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste
  • Mash and stir together with a fork until smooth
  • Taste and adjust seasoning
