Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- juice of 1⁄2 a lime
- salt, pepper, cayenne
Method
- Cut the avocado in half with a 6″ utility knife
- Remove the pit using your knife
- Dice the avocado up while in the skin without puncturing it
- Spoon the avocado flesh into a bowl
- Squeeze the juice of half a lime into the bowl
- Add salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste
- Mash and stir together with a fork until smooth
- Taste and adjust seasoning
