Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 11⁄2 tbsp flour
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 11⁄4 cups almond milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Method
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, and cocoa powder
- Mix until it’s completely smooth
- In a saucepan, add the almond milk and butter
- Heat until the butter just melts
- Whisk in the dry ingredients
- Cook for 6 minutes, then turn off the heat
- Whisk in the vanilla extract and salt
