Ingredients
- 1 ripe seedless watermelon
Method
- Place watermelon on a cutting board and cut in half
- Using a spoon, scoop out the watermelon flesh into a blender (you will probably need to do this in batches)
- Blend until smooth
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a mixing bowl
- Transfer to a container with a lid and store in the refrigerator
- Serve over ice and/or dilute ~2:1 juice:water
